In a very thermal flask, incorporate the mushrooms as well as the boiled h2o. Seal the flask, frivolously shake, and permit the combination to brew for 30 minutes to an hour or so. This enables time for the psilocybin to transfer through the shrooms to the h2o.  Produce a Bain-Marie by inser
